What you will do
- Build, develop, and drive a sales pipeline for Design IP technology in key North American accounts.
- Manage multi-functional teams including Application Engineers, Business Unit Marketing, Legal, and Finance to achieve targets.
- Drive market penetration, adoption, and revenue growth for semiconductor IP.
- Negotiate and close complex strategic license deals exceeding $1M.
- Provide market feedback to the Design IP Business Unit to influence future product roadmaps and strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the licensing of Semiconductor IP technology.
- BSEE or equivalent degree (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of selling to both small startups and large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of Memory Interface, Protocol, and Connectivity IP.
- Must be based in the United States.
