Salary: $279,000 - $320,000 USD

What you will do
- Build trusted relationships with physicians and practice leaders, understanding local patterns and advocating for seamless provider experience.
- Drive clinical quality and engagement by collaborating with Operations and Account Management on plans and goals.
- Assess outpatient workflows and recommend product integrations that fit practices.
- Educate providers through workshops, office hours, and sessions; share best practices.
- Collect feedback and insights, synthesize into requirements, and partner with Product/Engineering teams.
- Communicate updates and impacts back to providers; support implementations and expansions.
Requirements
- MD, DO, or NP with 5+ years clinical practice and 5+ years Medical Affairs experience; board-certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Pediatrics, or related.
- Experience in medical affairs, provider engagement, or customer-facing clinical roles in health tech or care delivery.
- Deep knowledge of outpatient primary care workflows and value-based care.
- Ability to translate workflows and feedback into product requirements and outcomes.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management with physicians.
- Based in Texas Region; up to 80% local travel.
Nice to have
- Track record leading regional clinical programs or market initiatives.
- Experience launching or scaling clinical software in ambulatory settings.
- Comfort with analytics dashboards and deriving actionable insights.
