General Manager/VP, Therapy and New Business Lines (Healthcare): Strategy, launch, and scaling of new Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) programs with an accent on end-to-end P&L responsibility and business model design. What you will do

• Define the strategy, business model, and expansion roadmap for IOP and SUD business, owning the full P&L from launch.
• Partner with clinical leadership to design evidence-based, scalable care models, including group structure and caseload management.
• Establish operating infrastructure and analytical frameworks for admissions, scheduling, and quality measurement.
• Lead market entry and payer strategies, including reimbursement design and referral pipeline development.
• Navigate licensure, accreditation, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant growth.
• Hire and lead the core team, driving alignment across Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing functions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare, with deep exposure to complex care delivery environments.
• Proven "Builder DNA" with experience taking a new business line or clinical program from concept to reality (0→1).
• Strong analytical depth and systems thinking to connect clinical models with GTM strategy.
• Experience in behavioral health, digital health, or value-based care is strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
