What you will do
- Lead the strategic direction of the H&HS Center of Excellence (COE) to drive partner performance.
- Design and operationalize high-impact interventions, including clinical training and peer-to-peer learning networks.
- Synthesize population health analytics to identify performance gaps and develop standardized VBC curriculums.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to translate organizational Key Results into actionable programs.
- Provide direct consulting to strategic clients to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Manage and mentor a team, overseeing resource allocation and professional development.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (implied by benefits and office location).
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional healthcare experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience within a hospital or health system.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in value-based care.
- Demonstrated proficiency with population health analytics.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take ideas from concept to execution.
Nice to have
- Expertise in hospital and health system business and financial models.
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in business, healthcare administration, or public policy.
- Experience interpreting data using Tableau or other dashboarding tools.
