Salary: $240,000 - $325,000 USD plus variable compensation

What you will do

• Own revenue targets, pipeline health, and sales forecasts for the Lender vertical.
• Lead and scale a high-performance organization including AEs, Sales Leaders, and Customer Success.
• Manage the vertical's P&L and resource allocation with business operator rigor.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies for enterprise banks, regional banks, and private credit.
• Partner with Product and Marketing to align the roadmap with market demand and AI offerings.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders at target financial institutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 6+ years in a VP or SVP role.
• Deep experience selling to financial institutions (enterprise banks, regional banks, or private credit).
• Proven track record of scaling enterprise SaaS organizations from tens to hundreds of millions in revenue.
• P&L ownership mentality and rigorous approach to resource allocation and pricing.
• Strategic thinker with board-level executive presence.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Nashville, TN or New York City.

• Experience in FinTech, construction technology, or real estate finance.
• Experience leading through M&A integration or rapid scaling in growth-stage companies.
• Background working with high-velocity, data-driven leadership (e.g., Amazon).
