Location: Must be based in or relocate to a hirify.global hub (San Francisco, Denver, Nashville, or Santiago) and work from the office 3+ days a week.

Salary: $238,000 - $280,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the CEO's highest-priority initiatives end-to-end, from initial planning through execution.
• Accelerate company-level AI transformations and shape new product lines.
• Serve as a proxy for the CEO in internal and external meetings and collaborate with the executive team.
• Establish new functions, products, or business lines from zero to one.
• Build financial models, investor pitch decks, and company narratives for external communications.
• Optimize current processes to drive operational efficiency and improve coordination across initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working at an executive level or an equivalent track record.
• Proven track record of using AI to deliver tangible impact.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to navigate ambiguous, low-information environments.
• Exceptional written communication and data analysis skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and bootstrapping initiatives.
• Ability to work from a hub office 3+ days a week.
