What you will do

• Cultivate relationships with partner executives and teams to align on strategic vision for credit card programs
• Drive new customer acquisition and existing cardholder engagement to achieve growth targets
• Develop marketing campaigns, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and regulatory adherence
• Generate reports and insights for senior management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, compliance, and finance teams

Requirements

• 6+ years in program/relationship management, operations, marketing in financial services
• Proven client services experience aligning brand goals for mutual growth
• Track record owning P&Ls, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decisions
• Exceptional project management for multiple priorities
• Strong communication for executive presentations
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with attention to detail
