What you will do
- Proactively generate qualified pipeline through new logo acquisition and expansion within assigned strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and channel teams to accelerate pipeline growth and close opportunities via campaigns, events, and partner co-selling.
- Build and execute strategic account plans, engaging key stakeholders and articulating value-driven use cases for no-code automation.
- Drive consultative sales processes rooted in business outcomes, targeting IT, QA, and Business Operations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to tailor solutions and share market insights.
- Consistently exceed revenue targets through disciplined execution, high pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy in Salesforce.
Requirements
- US-based for US team, experience in start-up or high-growth environment preferred.
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales (ideally SaaS), closing complex multi-stakeholder deals over $100K+ ACV.
- Success in generating and closing new enterprise logos and expansions, leveraging partner/channel models (GSIs, VARs).
- Deep knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN).
- Strong business acumen to navigate large matrixed organizations, with grit, tenacity, and financial drive.
