What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM talent pipelines, including BDRs, sellers, revenue operations, and marketing.
- Partner with hiring managers and VP-level leaders to define key qualifications and success criteria for roles.
- Proactively source high-quality candidates using job boards, social media, and industry networks.
- Conduct screenings and present detailed candidate profiles to hiring teams based on skill and value fit.
- Lead offer negotiations and collaborate with HR/People Ops for smooth candidate onboarding.
- Utilize data to monitor funnel health and make informed decisions about hiring pace.
Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, specifically recruiting SaaS sellers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex, multi-stakeholder searches simultaneously.
- Advanced sourcing skills with a proactive approach to pipeline building.
- Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B) now or in the future.
- Working fluency with AI tools to increase effectiveness in recruiting workflows.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with data to report on progress.
Nice to have
- Experience partnering with VP-level and above stakeholders with high autonomy.
- Familiarity recruiting for software engineers, AEs, or CSMs.
- Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable ATS.
