What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles from Individual Contributor to Director level across GTM, Product, Engineering, and G&A.
- Implement and experiment with AI tools to optimize sourcing, outreach, market mapping, and decision-making.
- Partner with executives to influence hiring strategy, compensation positioning, and organizational design.
- Drive rigorous evaluation processes focused on candidate capability, motivation, and long-term impact.
- Maintain a high-touch candidate experience and represent the employer brand with authenticity.
- Utilize recruiting metrics and market intelligence to guide hiring decisions and solve bottlenecks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS, AI, or startup environments.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven track record of hiring across both GTM and R&D organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools as a force multiplier to increase productivity.
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities across multiple channels and markets.
- Experience using Greenhouse and managing stakeholders from manager to executive level.
