What you will do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including SaaS, vendor, partnerships, and enterprise customer contracts.
  • Develop and maintain commercial legal infrastructure, including contract templates, playbooks, and efficiency-improving policies.
  • Provide practical legal guidance to Sales, Product, Operations, and HR teams to accelerate business objectives.
  • Collaborate on AI and data usage governance and track legal developments affecting AI technologies.
  • Support the General Counsel with M&A activity, corporate governance, and intellectual property protection.
  • Identify and escalate legal risks associated with international scaling and partnership expansion.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
  • 3–5 years of corporate legal experience, spanning both law firm and in-house roles.
  • Proven track record of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in the technology space.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience with healthcare laws and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid) is a plus.
