What you will do
- Architect a scalable "self-upsell engine" using automated workflows, AI-driven triggers, and digital journeys for small accounts.
- Lead and develop a team of 8 International Account Executives across the UK, DE, FR, IT, PT, and ES markets.
- Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Tech Ops to translate strategic revenue concepts into automated reality.
- Optimize the expansion funnel to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities without human intervention.
- Increase average deal size (ARPU) and multi-product penetration across the portfolio.
- Use Modjo, HubSpot, and Aircall to analyze performance and provide high-impact coaching to the sales team.
Requirements
- Experience leading SaaS sales teams and improving commercial performance in high-volume environments.
- AI-native thinking with an understanding of GPT-based workflows and CRM triggers to drive revenue at scale.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for Ops and Growth teams.
- Native-level or professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
