What you will do
- Drive profitable growth within the Transportation vertical across Spain and Portugal.
- Identify and close new business opportunities with OEMs, operators, and system integrators.
- Manage complex sales cycles, including early engagement, technical discussions, and negotiation.
- Develop value-based proposals in collaboration with internal technical and solution teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources such as Product Management and Operations for customer projects.
- Maintain accurate funnel management and forecasting using SFDC.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within industrial/technology environments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the Transportation sector, preferably Railway.
- Must currently reside in Spain.
- Proven experience managing long-cycle, value-based consultative sales processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for international environments.
- Engineering or technical/business degree preferred.
