What you will do

  • Drive profitable growth within the Transportation vertical across Spain and Portugal.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities with OEMs, operators, and system integrators.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, including early engagement, technical discussions, and negotiation.
  • Develop value-based proposals in collaboration with internal technical and solution teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources such as Product Management and Operations for customer projects.
  • Maintain accurate funnel management and forecasting using SFDC.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within industrial/technology environments.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the Transportation sector, preferably Railway.
  • Must currently reside in Spain.
  • Proven experience managing long-cycle, value-based consultative sales processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for international environments.
  • Engineering or technical/business degree preferred.
