Location: Hybrid in Manchester (Media City/Salford Quays), UK (2 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate content licensing, technology supply, and partner agreements.
• Provide commercial legal support to business teams across Europe and North America.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and contract mitigation strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, compliance, operations, and HR.
• Support strategic business growth initiatives and post-acquisition integration work.
• Maintain legal precedents, corporate governance documentation, and contract databases.

Requirements

• 3+ years PQE with strong commercial legal experience.
• Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s Degree and Legal Practice Course Certificate (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of commercial and contract law.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to business stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with technology-related contracts.
• Exposure to data protection and intellectual property matters.
• Prior experience within technology, gaming, or digital media industries.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and AdobeSign.
