Location: Hybrid in Manchester (Media City/Salford Quays), UK (2 days a week in office)

What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate content licensing, technology supply, and partner agreements.
- Provide commercial legal support to business teams across Europe and North America.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and contract mitigation strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, compliance, operations, and HR.
- Support strategic business growth initiatives and post-acquisition integration work.
- Maintain legal precedents, corporate governance documentation, and contract databases.
Requirements
- 3+ years PQE with strong commercial legal experience.
- Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s Degree and Legal Practice Course Certificate (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of commercial and contract law.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to business stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have
- Experience with technology-related contracts.
- Exposure to data protection and intellectual property matters.
- Prior experience within technology, gaming, or digital media industries.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and AdobeSign.
