What you will do

• Develop and deliver product training for lottery retailers in the Brooklyn and Staten Island regions.
• Perform 30-40 monthly field visits to troubleshoot equipment and software issues.
• Conduct classroom training for new retailers and in-store training on vending machine operation.
• Create training documentation and materials to support product usage.
• Collaborate on software and equipment releases by providing QA testing assistance.
• Support lottery sales reps and managers in addressing regional service issues.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of training experience with a background in customer relationship management (CRM).
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Thorough understanding of NYC roadways and geography.
• Strong presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
