What you will do

• Perform in-depth market and value chain analysis using statistical methods to identify price trends and regulatory shifts.
• Execute regional procurement strategies and align stakeholders across the Americas to optimize demand allocation.
• Lead regional supplier negotiations, including onboarding, contract generation, and rollout.
• Identify and qualify alternative suppliers to reduce single-source dependencies and strengthen supply resilience.
• Manage emergency procurement during geopolitical events or global supply crises.
• Drive Value Transformation Projects to deliver measurable cost, cash, and innovation outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of procurement experience within a reputable multinational company.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Formal negotiation training or certification (preferred).
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
