Senior Category Manager (Site & Indirect Services)

Location: Glen Mills, Pennsylvania 19342, United States; travel up to 20% may be required.

What you will do

• Manage a high-value indirect and site services spend portfolio in alignment with global procurement objectives.
• Develop category strategies focused on quality, service, technology, value, productivity, and total cost of ownership.
• Lead complex negotiations for global and regional supply agreements, including service-level agreements and performance metrics.
• Qualify alternate and second-source suppliers, conduct quarterly business reviews, and improve supplier performance.
• Partner with business leaders and operations stakeholders to determine sourcing needs and ensure service delivery.
• Functionally supervise sourcing specialists and lead cross-functional teams across global sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in procurement or category management, specifically in indirect or site services.
• Hands-on experience with e-sourcing tools such as Ariba and the full source-to-contract process.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
