What you will do
- Own long-term category strategies aligned with global procurement objectives, optimizing Quality, Service, Technology, and Value (QSTV).
- Deliver annual cost savings and avoidance targets, building productivity plans and continuous improvement pipelines to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Lead complex negotiations for global and regional supply agreements, ensuring strong commercial terms, SLAs, and clear KPIs.
- Manage supplier lifecycle activities, including qualification of alternate/second-source suppliers and running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive performance and innovation.
- Partner with internal leadership and operations stakeholders to define future sourcing needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Functionally supervise sourcing specialists and lead cross-functional, cross-site teams to build consensus and execute sourcing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Procurement or Category Management in indirect/site services.
- Hands-on experience with e-Sourcing tools (e.g., Ariba) and the full source-to-contract process.
- Ability to partner effectively with senior-level leaders in a global, matrixed organization.
- Ability to travel up to 20% to manage global category interests.
