Salary: $81,253 - $93,121

What you will do
- Develop and implement procurement minimum standards and standardized procedures aligned with federal, state, and donor requirements.
- Design and deliver comprehensive procurement training and technical assistance for subgrantees to strengthen financial systems.
- Lead pre-award risk assessments and due diligence for all subrecipients, including internal controls review.
- Create and maintain financial tracking systems and reporting templates for the distribution of goods.
- Conduct quarterly monitoring, QA reviews, and site visits to ensure 100% compliance.
- Establish internal controls and oversight mechanisms to achieve zero major audit findings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in grants management, procurement, and/or financial compliance.
- Proven experience overseeing subrecipients and working with federal/state-funded programs.
- Experience developing procurement policies and conducting risk assessments.
- Ability to travel semi-frequently throughout the State of California.
