Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually + performance bonuses

What you will do

• Conduct individual and group alcohol/drug abuse counseling sessions.
• Orient patients to treatment programs and perform intake/readmission services.
• Develop, revise, and maintain patient treatment plans and records.
• Provide crisis intervention, referrals, and follow-up support.
• Coordinate care with community providers and participate in staff training.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agency standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
• Active licensure: ADDC, LPCC, LPC, LSW, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent per state requirements
• Knowledge of substance abuse treatment, human behavior, and social services
• Ability to handle confidential issues, make quick decisions, and manage stress
• Experience in behavioral health preferred
• Compliance with all regulatory certification and licensure standards
