Salary: $286,270 – $291,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of a digital fraud detection platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering products that protect customers against remittance fraud.
• Plan, architect, and implement the rollout of both experimental and production applications.
• Develop and execute an operational and engineering excellence roadmap to reach short- and long-term goals.
• Balance system quality and feature velocity through team flexibility.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
• 3+ years of experience developing reliable and scalable applications and services.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams, including recruiting, interviewing, and career development.
• 2+ years of experience architecting production-scale services and protecting financial data with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).
• Proficiency in C#, Java, .NET, PHP, Python, and SQL.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
