What you will do
- Lead a team of engineers developing advisor-facing digital experiences, including advisor profiles and matching systems.
- Review technical solution designs and architectures to ensure high quality and scalability.
- Establish team-level practices, operating norms, and agile workflows to drive delivery.
- Partner with product and design stakeholders to lead discovery and prioritization of features.
- Coach and mentor engineers through career planning and consistent performance feedback.
- Manage technology vendors and drive build vs buy decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in CRM or portfolio strategy and roadmap development.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an IT functional area.
- Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary, high-performance work teams.
- Strong competency in project management and execution of large-scale technical projects.
- Must be based in the USA (indicated by 401k, HSA, and EEO compliance).

- Experience in marketing and customer acquisition products.
- Background in front-end technical development.
- Experience using experimentation and iterative feedback to deliver user-centric products.
