What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of solutions engineers focused on enterprise customer acquisition and expansion.
- Serve as a player-coach by participating in technical discovery, product demos, architectural discussions, and of concepts.
- Partner with sales leadership to drive complex enterprise deals from initial qualification through technical validation.
- Translate customer pain points and business requirements into scalable technical solutions leveraging the platform.
- Establish and iterate upon pre-sales best practices, demo strategies, and operational processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success to influence roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or customer-facing technical roles within enterprise SaaS or fintech.
- Experience leading or mentoring solutions engineers in a high-growth environment.
- Strong technical fluency in fraud prevention, identity verification, fintech infrastructure, APIs, and digital trust.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise sales motions and navigating complex technical buying cycles with executive stakeholders.
- Experience working with banks, financial institutions, or highly regulated industries.
- English: C1+ required (exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and business stakeholders).
