What you will do
- Own end-to-end recruitment from job approval to onboarding for 15-20 technical requisitions at a time.
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and build diverse talent pipelines.
- Conduct initial screenings, partner with hiring managers and HR to align on profiles and provide updates.
- Optimize recruitment with data metrics like time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and meet SLAs (60-75 days average).
- Promote D&I, participate in job fairs, and assist in employer branding via social media.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks for TA leaders and adapt to shifting priorities autonomously.
Requirements
- 5-8 years experience in fast-paced, high-growth environment; proven hiring in Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, or Hardware Engineering
- Strong sourcing skills for active/passive candidates, reducing agency reliance.
- Excellent communication, business acumen, influencing, and negotiation to manage stakeholders.
- Ability to handle high-volume requisitions (15-20), ambiguity, and pressure independently.
- Proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite.
- Post-secondary Diploma/Degree or equivalent; passion for D&I.
