What you will do

• Manage and maintain project schedules, workflows, and task dependencies using Asana to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (cybersecurity, compliance, IT operations) to track deliverables and align milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and escalate delays to leadership.
• Support project governance by preparing status reports and maintaining documentation in SharePoint.
• Facilitate communication and task execution across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, Agile-like environment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Arlington, Virginia
• 2–4 years of project coordination or operations experience in IT, cybersecurity, or government contracting.
• Hands-on expertise with Asana, including workflow automation, task tracking, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.

• CAPM or PMP certification (or the ability to obtain one).
