What you will do

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders through workshops and interviews.
• Develop current-state and future-state process documentation, including workflows and RACI matrices.
• Translate business needs into structured documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and deliver training materials and facilitate sessions for end users and managers.
• Support project managers by coordinating tasks, tracking action items, and maintaining issue/risk logs.
• Own and execute small initiatives or workstreams under guidance, including status reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst or project coordinator role.
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business or process requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR regulations (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
