Location: Fully onsite in Denver, Colorado (LoDo/Union Station office). No remote or hybrid options available.
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year + variable compensation

What you will do
- Track project timelines and deliverables across Ads, Catalog, Creative, and Strategy departments.
- Manage task statuses, assignments, and briefs using PM tools like Asana.
- Act as the primary internal point of contact for project status inquiries.
- Proactively identify blockers and escalate risks to the Director of Marketplaces.
- Maintain operational templates, trackers, and documentation for team consistency.
- Support weekly performance reviews and task check-ins with Client Leads.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in project coordination or operations, preferably in an agency or ecommerce environment.
- Required experience working within the Amazon ecosystem, including familiarity with platform tools and terminology.
- Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be based in Denver, CO for daily onsite presence.
