What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of regional in-person and digital events.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure all milestones are met.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, vendors, and external partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership to define event objectives.
• Oversee on-site operations, including registration, staffing, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze event success using KPIs and provide post-event recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of event management and production experience.
• Experience managing hotel BEOs, contracts, room blocks, and audio-visual orders.
• Ability to travel up to 25% annually to support onsite operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Must be based in the US (NYC-specific compensation provided).

Nice to have

• Experience with Swoogo and Salesforce.
• Experience in venue contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of or interest in information security markets.
