Production Support Analyst

TL;DR

Production Support Analyst: Implement, maintain, and support production operations systems with an accent on monitoring day-to-day requests, ensuring system functionality, and performance reporting. Focus on handling timely requests to meet client SLAs, conducting entitlement reviews, running QA reports, and assisting with hardware/software upgrades.

Location: On-site in Edgewood, NY (100% at hirify.global location). Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM with potential weekends.

Salary: $24.00 to $25.00 hourly USD. Bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Monitor day-to-day requests and ensure production operations team has necessary tools to meet client SLAs.
• Report on application performance and system functionality/usability for new software/hardware.
• Provide in-house system support (IQ, RPM, WindowBooks), create user accounts/groups.
• Conduct quarterly entitlement reviews and update production machines with vendor releases.
• Run daily/weekly QA/production reports and assist with hardware/software upgrades.
• Configure and troubleshoot network addresses on mobile and hardline devices; cross-train on internal systems.

Requirements

• Must work 100% on-site in Edgewood, NY.
• Workable knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Access).
• Familiarity with Windows OS (Windows 7 Enterprise, Windows 10/11) and Windows servers.
• Remote desktop connection, web applications (HTML, JScript), LAN/WAN/Wireless network configurations and troubleshooting.
• Hardware/software troubleshooting and testing.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for senior leadership; ability to work in culturally diverse environment.
