On-site position at Springhill Medical Center in Mobile, Alabama. Participation in on-call rotation for after-hours support required. Up to 10% travel.

What you will do
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to clinical and non-clinical users, prioritizing patient care systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and voice issues; escalate when needed.
- Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and VoIP phones including Cisco Call Manager.
- Monitor, prioritize, and resolve service desk tickets using ITIL best practices.
- Assist with IT infrastructure, data center operations, user access, and asset inventory management.
- Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and contribute to policies reducing recurring issues.
Requirements
- High School diploma required; Associate degree, 2+ years experience, or technical certification preferred.
- 1+ year in Data Center Operations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Basic experience with Service Desk ticketing (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL knowledge.
- Proficiency in PC operation, Microsoft Word/Excel; valid Driver’s License for offsite travel.
- Compliance with healthcare IT standards and HIPAA practices.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Apple products, and networking principles.
