What you will do

• Design, develop, and test electrical hardware for optical modules and other AI platforms.
• Perform hands-on testing and debugging of hardware components using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal analyzers.
• Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to define hardware requirements and specifications.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to support the production and assembly of hardware components.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 3-5 years of experience (or Master's/PhD with 2-3 years).
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.
• Familiarity with CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout (e.g., Allegro, OrCAD).
• Proficiency in electrical measurement and testing methodologies using lab equipment.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. law.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of power management, high-speed signal, and power integrity.
• Familiarity with firmware for board-level communication and scripting.
• Understanding of thermal management and EMI/EMC considerations in hardware design.
• Familiarity with industry standards and protocols related to DCI technology.
