TL;DR

Director of Customer Success (AI): Leading the deployment and adoption of generative AI clinical solutions for enterprise health systems with an accent on workflow integration and long-term value delivery. Focus on managing high-level stakeholder relationships, leading change management in complex healthcare environments, and scaling customer success processes.

Location: Must be based in the Central or East Coast time zone; Onsite role requiring travel to regional client sites weekly (3 days per week).

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Executives to foster accountability and collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise health system accounts, managing relationships with CNOs, CMIOs, and COOs.
  • Lead enterprise implementations of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and operational priorities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to integrate customer feedback into product evolution.
  • Define and track clinical, operational, and financial success metrics to measure impact.
  • Guide change management strategies to influence adoption across complex provider organizations.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in healthcare.
  • 5+ years in customer-facing leadership roles working with health systems.
  • Deep knowledge of clinical workflows, operational processes, and care delivery models.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills for influencing senior clinical leadership.
  • Must be based in the United States (Central or East Coast time zone).

  • Experience with AI, digital health, or clinical decision support tools.
  • Background in consulting, health tech, or clinical operations transformation.
  • Prior exposure to regulatory, compliance, or data governance in healthcare.
