What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Executives to foster accountability and collaboration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise health system accounts, managing relationships with CNOs, CMIOs, and COOs.
- Lead enterprise implementations of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and operational priorities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to integrate customer feedback into product evolution.
- Define and track clinical, operational, and financial success metrics to measure impact.
- Guide change management strategies to influence adoption across complex provider organizations.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in healthcare.
- 5+ years in customer-facing leadership roles working with health systems.
- Deep knowledge of clinical workflows, operational processes, and care delivery models.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills for influencing senior clinical leadership.
- Must be based in the United States (Central or East Coast time zone).
