What you will do

• Lead customer-facing engagements including discovery, pilots, and demos as the primary technical voice.
• Partner onsite with customers, engineers, recruiters, and leaders to uncover needs and shape solutions.
• Keep projects on track through execution and proactive updates.
• Use tools including AI to deliver reliable outcomes and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to represent customer voice.

Requirements

• Customer-facing technical lead with full-stack depth to configure, debug, and explain web applications, integrations, and API scripts (Ruby or Python).
• Confident leading onsite conversations, gathering requirements, and delivering measurable impact.
• Clear communicator able to go deep with engineers or simplify for non-technical audiences.
• Strong operator who plans, executes, and organizes projects.
• Empathetic, energetic problem-solver.

Nice to have

• Experience as software, solutions, or sales engineer with HR tech, ATS platforms, IDEs, developer tools, or API-heavy systems.
• Track record of projects from scoping to delivery, balancing customer needs and technical tradeoffs.
