What you will do

• Manage air permitting activities, including applications and audits for the Department of Ecology (WA) and Bay Area Air District (CA).
• Oversee industrial wastewater and stormwater compliance across sites in Washington and California.
• Manage hazardous waste programs, encompassing characterization, vendor support, storage, and disposal.
• Prepare annual CERS submissions and required regulatory reports for air and waste agencies.
• Conduct environmental audits and inspections to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver environmental training to employees and coordinate source testing.

Requirements

• BS Degree in an EHS field or 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience overseeing air permitting.
• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations in Washington State and the Bay Area (California).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in documenting regulatory findings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for all management levels.
• Ability to travel to Alameda, CA.
