What you will do

• Lead global sustainability initiatives to improve energy management and minimize waste to meet climate goals.
• Calculate corporate carbon footprints using GHG Protocol standards and develop automated tracking dashboards.
• Implement and maintain a corporate-wide ISO 14001 compliant Environmental Management System (EMS).
• Coordinate internal and external environmental audits and track regulatory changes in climate disclosure laws.
• Manage the global roadmap for site energy and decarbonization initiatives across manufacturing sites.
• Update and maintain EHS plans, including emergency action plans, PPE, and chemical inventory.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of EHS experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Practical knowledge of EHS regulations and experience with ISO 14001 certification programs.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering energy efficiency or waste minimization projects with measurable results.
• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science/Engineering, Chemistry, or Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Irvine, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with SCAQMD Rules and Regulations and hazardous chemical substances.
• Deep knowledge of the GHG Protocol and science-based targets (SBTi).
• Experience with ESG software platforms like Watershed or Salesforce Net Zero Cloud.
• Professional certifications such as CEM, LEED, ISSP, or ISO 14001/50001.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
