What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end renewal process for Enterprise and Channel customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate contract extensions.
• Partner with customers to review renewal options, address concerns, and align product value with customer goals.
• Identify retention risks early and develop practical strategies with internal partners to ensure successful renewals.
• Analyze license usage and renewal trends to inform account planning and customer conversations.
• Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to provide a consistent customer experience.
• Educate customers on product updates, features, and the overall value of hirify.global.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or sales within a software/tech environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue, and customer retention principles.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM and customer success tools.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and generate customer insights.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
