TL;DR

Senior Partner Sales Manager (Channel Sales): Driving incremental channel pipeline and closed-won bookings through VARs, MSPs, distributors, and alliance partners with an accent on co-sell support, deal registration, and strategic growth plans. Focus on building executive relationships, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to hit quarterly quotas in Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.

Location: Remote from East Coast US (Tampa/FL or Atlanta), must reside in the East Region within 1 hour of a major airport, 50% travel expected

What you will do

  • Drive Partner Sourced New Logo sales through resellers and MSPs, supporting direct sales teams with co-sell.
  • Grow qualified Deal Registrations via account mapping, enablement, and field marketing events.
  • Build strategic growth plans for Mid-Market (CDW, SHI, Insight, Ahead) and Enterprise Regional Partners.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships at executive levels with key partners.
  • Drive partner enablement on product, best practices, and marketing; conduct QBRs.
  • Align with regional sales leaders, provide pipeline insights, and exceed quotas/KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years channel experience in Enterprise software/technology networking/security
  • Prior a-2 tier reseller model, Cisco Partners, Mid-Market/Enterprise selling preferred.
  • Proven forecasting, quota exceedance, communication, multi-tasking skills.
  • Pipeline development, territory planning, strategic partner management expertise.
  • Collaborative cross-functional experience; creative marketing for ROI.
  • Must reside in East US Region (Tampa/FL or Atlanta) within 1hr of major airport; 50% travel
