What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide one-on-one evidence-based counseling.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation meeting regulatory standards.
• Coordinate care with medical providers, case managers, and community partners for whole-person treatment.
• Build therapeutic relationships using motivational enhancement and trauma-informed approaches.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the dual diagnosis counseling program.

Requirements

• Independent Licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) and a Master's degree.
• Experience in substance use disorder (SUD) and/or mental health counseling.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and recovery-oriented care.
• Strong clinical documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Knoxville, TN.
