What you will do

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and account-based plans aligned with sales priorities to generate pipeline.
  • Partner with regional sales leadership, track performance, and provide optimization insights.
  • Plan and manage events, conferences, webinars, roundtables, and workshops.
  • Drive customized campaigns for key accounts using data, insights, and buyer personas.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, demand gen, and partners on targeting, messaging, and content.
  • Manage budgets, ROI, and metrics for regional programs.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of integrated B2B marketing experience, preferably in Canada field marketing
  • Proven success in field campaigns, events, and demand generation.
  • Fluent in English and French Canadian (written, oral, business)
  • Experience with business and cultural dynamics across all Canada provinces
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, Gemini, Tableau.
  • Proficiency in AI tools for marketing efficiency.
  • Ability to travel regionally 15-25%
