What you will do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and account-based plans aligned with sales priorities to generate pipeline.
- Partner with regional sales leadership, track performance, and provide optimization insights.
- Plan and manage events, conferences, webinars, roundtables, and workshops.
- Drive customized campaigns for key accounts using data, insights, and buyer personas.
- Collaborate with product marketing, demand gen, and partners on targeting, messaging, and content.
- Manage budgets, ROI, and metrics for regional programs.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of integrated B2B marketing experience, preferably in Canada field marketing
- Proven success in field campaigns, events, and demand generation.
- Fluent in English and French Canadian (written, oral, business)
- Experience with business and cultural dynamics across all Canada provinces
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, Gemini, Tableau.
- Proficiency in AI tools for marketing efficiency.
- Ability to travel regionally 15-25%
