What you will do

• Identify sales leads and achieve growth targets for Calibration services in the Northeast region.
• Conduct proactive outside selling activities with 150–200 customer locations.
• Develop and manage long-term client relationships across aerospace, automotive, pharmaceutical, and defense sectors.
• Utilize CRM software to track activities and update the customer database regularly.
• Represent the company at trade shows, retailer events, and regional training activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and synergy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in proactive outside selling, preferably in technical or industrial environments.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR export controls.
• Must be based in or near Philadelphia, PA.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent professional selling experience.
