What you will do
- Identify sales leads and achieve growth targets for Calibration services in the Northeast region.
- Conduct proactive outside selling activities with 150–200 customer locations.
- Develop and manage long-term client relationships across aerospace, automotive, pharmaceutical, and defense sectors.
- Utilize CRM software to track activities and update the customer database regularly.
- Represent the company at trade shows, retailer events, and regional training activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and synergy.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in proactive outside selling, preferably in technical or industrial environments.
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR export controls.
- Must be based in or near Philadelphia, PA.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent professional selling experience.
