What you will do
- Update clinical project progress using tracking tools for study milestones, Trial Master Files (TMFs), and essential documents.
- Manage the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process for documents created by the Clinical and Medical Affairs team.
- Prepare, package, and distribute materials to clinical trial sites and vendors.
- Review clinical and regulatory documents for accuracy and compliance with company SOPs and ISO standards.
- Validate vendor invoices against contracts and coordinate with the accounting team for payment processing.
- Coordinate internal team meetings, investigator meetings, and other trial-specific events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health care discipline (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in the medical device industry with clinical research involvement (preferred).
- Work Authorization: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically spreadsheets and database software.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to utilize critical thinking to analyze complex problems.
