Location: On-site in Rochester, NY (must be local, 3 x 8-hour overnight shifts 9pm-5am ET, including nights, weekends, and holidays)

Salary: $20/hr

What you will do

• Monitor and safely assist mobile service robots during shifts in hospital settings
• Collect data, troubleshoot real-world issues, and provide accurate feedback to engineers
• Prioritize customer experience for hospital partners and exceed expectations
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff and occasionally the public about robot operations
• Help design and implement processes as the operations team scales

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED
• Customer-service oriented with de-escalation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Organized, self-sufficient, able to juggle tasks and make quick decisions
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Willing to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays; schedule may change
• Willing to obtain vendor credentials (immunizations, background check, drug screen)
