What you will do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair robots using hardware and software tools.
• Monitor fleet operations in the field and resolve operational issues.
• Manage the deployment and retrieval of robots in market areas.
• Conduct component and assembly testing to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve hardware, software, and operational processes.
• Maintain lab inventories and document repair activities in Jira.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in electro-mechanical, robotics, automotive, or electronics.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and bench equipment.
• Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive U-Haul-sized vehicles.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Location: Must be based in Brooklyn, NY (On-site)
