What you will do

• Provide on-the-ground support to autonomous robots to resolve obstacles and technical issues.
• Perform light maintenance, including cleaning sensors and ensuring field readiness.
• Manage robot deployments, including preparation, inspection, and placement.
• Track and document incidents through escalation tickets and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Safely operate company vehicles for the recovery and repositioning of robotic units.
• Execute end-of-shift recovery, ensuring assets are secured, charged, and sanitized.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive mid-size utility vehicles.
• Ability to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Experience engaging with customers in a professional manner.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform duties in various weather conditions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira and Slack.
• 1 year of experience in last-mile delivery, robotics, or customer-facing field services.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
