What you will do

• Own quarterly/annual pipeline targets and full-funnel demand plans aligned to revenue goals in partnership with Sales
• Lead paid acquisition, ABM, digital growth programs, experimentation, and conversion optimization to improve CPL, SQL conversion, and CAC
• Define website conversion strategy, CRO framework, and partner on messaging alignment
• Align enterprise events, regional programs, and field strategies to pipeline goals with Sales territory activation
• Establish attribution standards, ROI transparency, and forecasting with Marketing Ops
• Build and lead high-performance demand team prepared for international scale

Requirements

• 12+ years in B2B SaaS Demand Generation with proven pipeline growth leadership
• Experience managing multi-million euro demand budgets
• Strong analytics and performance marketing expertise
• Enterprise SaaS experience
• Ability to lead across matrixed organizations
