$135,540–$155,000 annually

What you will do
- Promote and sell hospital products to targeted customers including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff to achieve quarterly/annual sales goals.
- Conduct in-services, clinical discussions, and navigate hospital formulary processes while building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute territory business plans, schedule high-impact meetings, and implement special programs like speaker bureaus and symposia.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and identify trends/opportunities for growth.
- Manage territory budget and leverage internal teams to advance sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
- Two years’ pharmaceutical industry sales experience.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in presenting scientific information and basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and hospital credentialing (including drug test for marijuana); ability to pass product knowledge tests.
