Salary: $220,000 - $270,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop and execute commercial sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Own pipeline health, volume snapshots, and key performance metrics reporting.
- Partner with marketing on targeted campaigns, educational programs, and research initiatives.
- Drive best-in-class customer experience from engagement to ongoing support.
- Lead collaborations, CME initiatives, and partnerships to boost growth.
- Work with sales team on strategy translation, training, and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH) preferred.
- 7+ years in commercial strategy, sales leadership, or general management in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, or life sciences.
- Proven track record developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
