What you will do

• Maintain expert technical knowledge of the SaaS Security Control Plane solution and competitor technologies.
• Define prospective customers' technical requirements and use-cases to align the product's value proposition.
• Engage C-level executives and cybersecurity professionals through solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Partner with Sales to develop and execute strategies for securing technical wins for new business and upsells.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to serve as the voice of the customer and influence innovation.
• Represent the company at conferences, partner events, and on-site meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering specifically within the cybersecurity domain.
• Proficiency in IT fundamentals, including cloud, networking, databases, and operating systems.
• Knowledge of information security concepts, compliance standards, and cloud security solutions (IdP, IGA, CASB).
• Experience leading technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in North Central or Great Lakes US
