TL;DR

Solution Sales Specialist (SLED): Leading the State, Local and Education business to acquire new customers and grow annual recurring revenue with an accent on identity security and IGA. Focus on developing compelling business cases, managing strategic accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to close complex sales.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Travel within assigned territory (approx. 40%) is required.

Salary: $80,000 – $125,000/year plus commissions

What you will do

  • Lead new customer acquisition and revenue growth within the SLED regional geography.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers, including CISOs and CIOs.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases highlighting cost drivers, benefits, and risks.
  • Collaborate with Sales Account Teams, Solutions Engineers, and Channel Partners to align architecture with business outcomes.
  • Act as an internal subject-matter expert on Identity, IGA, and Endpoint Privileged Management.
  • Identify, scope, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities to exceed established booking targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated history of strategic account management and software sales with quotas exceeding $2M.
  • In-depth knowledge of Identity Security and Endpoint Security best practices and technologies.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory approximately 40% of the time.
  • Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.
