Location: Remote, must be based in the USA (Residence in the Northeast states is preferred); requires approximately 25% travel within the US.

Salary: $116,900 - $197,083.60

What you will do

• Partner with direct and channel sales teams to drive growth within strategic accounts in the US Northeast region.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand customer requirements and align hirify.global solutions to their needs.
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and present business value and competitive differentiators.
• Lead and participate in remote and onsite Proof of Value (POV) evaluations.
• Collaborate with Product Management to provide feedback for product enhancements.
• Coordinate with the RFP response team to develop technical proposal documents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in a B2B enterprise software company.
• 3+ years of experience working with Identity, Governance, and Access Management (IGA) solutions.
• Working knowledge of technical infrastructure including web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories.
• Proficiency in modern SaaS architecture.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high EQ.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• BA/BS degree or global equivalent.
