What you will do

• Own EMEA field marketing and ABM initiatives to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Plan and execute boutique high-touch events for target enterprise accounts.
• Manage industry events and sponsorships in core EMEA markets.
• Partner with B2B Sales teams to identify targets and winning strategies.
• Handle end-to-end execution including strategy, logistics, vendors, and reporting.
• Lay the groundwork to scale the marketing function and build a regional team.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in field marketing, events, or demand generation.
• Strong track record with ABM-style and industry events.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline growth through field programs.
• Experience collaborating closely with B2B Sales teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in a build-from-scratch environment.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA
